My son would find a job with medical benefits, decent pay, and maybe a relocation benefit, lol.
No. I think each 16 yr old person should be considered individually to see if he/she is mature enough to handle the responsiblity of driving. Not everyone is ready to drive @ 16.
My daughter, starfall18 pointed me here.
Not too terribly worried. No plans for avoiding contagion (it is airborn) and a quarantine might be a nice break.
Today will be the very last broadcast of a news program I have listened to almost daily since its inception five ? years ago. The program is a victim of the recession as NPR needed to do some budget cuts. I'll miss it.
I am a lot less self disclosing in RL and I might be shyer.

standing in line, waiting for my 'turn', the cashier and bagger were were working away, while the customer ahead of me was on her cell phone, talking quite loudly, about some work issue ("I've been in meetings all day yesterday, on the phones with the attorney", etc...). No eye contact with the cashier, no thanks to the bagger.
She walks away, the cashier and bagger sigh and grumble and we discuss how life has changed with cell phones...where are manners, etc...It was an interesting moment. Mon, Jan. 12th, 2009, 03:14 pm

These are called blender socks. Yarn from my leftover sock yarns, and then blended in a pattern together. I think they are my favorites ever!   |
